  • Adopt Approach 4 to weighting by lamp type for the "any-specialty-lamp" option
  • Adopt measure requirements (Energy Star rated; 5 watts or greater; data collection for retail measures to include package size, retail cost, and wattage; data collection for direct install measures to include lamp type, wattage, and room in which installed)
  • Adopt 24-month sunset provision
