Advised the Network PC Power Management measure review contractor and staff to use Sixth Plan numbers for heating and cooling interaction and rerun the models for load shape and divide results into schools and other building types and bring those findings back for RTF consideration.

The RTF approved a motion to send the computer power management measure to SBW as a deemable measure, with the additional recommendation to include a requirement in the specs that the software actually be activated.

The RTF expects to review a deemed measure proposal within the next few months.
