This technical subcommittee was formed to support the RTF in the development of a guidelines-compliant residential behavior-based energy efficiency program measure. It also supports development of the RTF’s document providing guidance on evaluated energy savings for residential behavior home energy reports. The subcommittee convenes on an as-needed basis.
