Decided
October 24, 2012
RTF Meeting: October 24, 2012

Set measure to Out of Compliance

Decision Details

Adopt the SBW recommendations (except for the recommendation relating to data on market average weightings) for the Commercial, Domestic Hot Water (DHW) Heater Tank measure and change the status to Out of Compliance, with a sunset date of November 1, 2013.

RTF staff will work with stakeholders to develop a plan to bring the measure back into compliance with the Guidelines based on the recommendation memo (except the AHRI and Summit Blue data will continue to be used to determine market average weightings) and seek RTF approval of that plan by the sunset date. If a plan is not approved by the RTF by the sunset date, the measure will be deactivated.

Decided
June 01, 2010
RTF Meeting: June 1, 2010

Approve measure update

Decision Details

Approve the savings for commercial-type units, making the same changes to the methodology as were made for the residential-type units: eliminating the interaction factors and assuming a measure life consistent with the plan. Amended to exclude water heaters in new construction in Oregon.
