Measure deactivation

Decision Details

The RTF voted to change the status of the Residential Multifamily Low-Rise New Construction measure from "deemed" to "deactivated".

Implementers interested in new multifamily construction could look to Energy Star programs for a more up-to-date measure. If it receives interest, the RTF could pursue developing a UES's for Energy Star multifamily new homes. To date (3/23/2010), the RTF has not received notice of such interest.
