Approve measure update with direction for future analysis

Decision Details

The RTF approves the Standard Savings Estimation Protocol for grocery refrigeration systems measures under provisional status until sufficient provisional data has been collected to allow the protocol to be modified and adopted by the RTF without provisional data requirements or August 31, 2014, whichever comes first.

Review provisional data as available, convene refrigeration subcommittee; Identify cost for measures and Guidelines conformance
