The Small and Rural Utilities Subcommittee is convening for its quarterly meeting to discuss recent and upcoming RTF meeting topics, review the results of the CAT's investigation into  heat pump for spas as a potential measure, solicit feedback on the value of these meetings for participants, and solicit feedback/ideas on future measure development to support this group.
