Agenda:  To review the enhanced Whole-Building Regression Analysis tool, which will be used in the evaluation of BPA's Qualified Web-Enabled Programmable Thermostats in Modular Classrooms measure. It features auto-download of weather data, and can be used to verify heating-only savings with a 90-10 confidence interval for all-electric buildings, with over 20% savings and not significant non-weather dependant electric loads.

1. An overview of the tool
2. Demonstrate all tool features with a focus on the enhanced features, using Clark PUD data and Evergreen School District project
3. Discuss tool limited support
4. Brainstorm additional uses of the tool (other heating-only measures, with over 20% savings and not significant non-weather dependant electric loads)
5. Brainstorm needs for additional M&V tools, like uncertainty analysis
