Advanced Rooftop Controls Subcommittee

At this meeting, we will be asking you to review our proposal for a Planning unit energy savings (UES) measure for the advanced rooftop control (ARC).
Since our last subcommittee meeting, we have moved away from thinking of this as a standard protocol measure. This is because we received feedback that a Standard Protocol would be too difficult for programs to implement; a UES is expected to be much easier. The "Planning" estimate proposed will be similar to the "ex-ante" savings estimate discussed at the June meeting.
