Many aspects of RTF work require statistical analysis. This subcommittee supports review of statistical analysis conducted by the contract analyst team on behalf of the RTF. The subcommittee is currently reviewing billing analysis methodology for heating and cooling measures. It is anticipated that the outcomes of this work may directly inform updates to the RTFs HVAC related measures.
