Current SEEM Calibration Subcommittee

Single Family Homes Calibration

The work for calibration on single family homes was split into two phases:

  • Phase 1: Calibrate SEEM to houses with well-known heating energy use. This phase was completed and approved by the RTF at its May 21, 2013 meeting.
  • Phase 2: Determine adjustments to Phase 1 results to account for all weatherization program-eligible houses (not just those with well-known heating energy use). It also provides a method to determine non-electric heating energy use. This phase was completed and approved by the RTF at its September 17, 2013 meeting.

Single-Family Calibration Methods Paper and Presentation

Contract analysts presented an overview of the single-family calibration methods and results at the 2014 ACEEE Summer Study. The paper and presentation provide a relatively succinct and self-contained account of the calibration.

Manufactured Homes Calibration

The RTF completed a similar process as that denoted above for the manufactured homes SEEM calibration. Meetings related to these proceedings are included in the calendar below.
