The RTF's Small/Rural Subcommittee meets quarterly to discuss how to support the specific needs of small and rural utilities. Members are invited to share successes and unique ways they are accomplishing energy efficiency within their service territory in hopes that their efforts could inform and encourage similarly sized or positioned utilities in the region. This page holds case studies developed by member utilities with the support of RTF staff describing their work and is meant to be a resource for small rural utilities.
