Weatherization involves a number of individual measures aimed at improving the insulation levels, and efficiency of a building, in this case a manufactured with electric resistance heating.  For this measure it refers to installation of envelope improvements that include attic insulation, wall insulation, floor insulation, prime window replacement, window efficiency upgrades, storm windows, and infiltration reduction.
