The CAT is looking for feedback on the selection of a Cold Climate/High Performance CDHP specification.  We will be reviewing the current market options and recent research to help guide our discussion.  We hope to land on a specification that is future proof (at least for a while), is desirable by the region as a whole to create more market uniformity, and aligns with our ability to formulate savings from regional data.
