Introducing the ProCost User Guide

In February of 2017 the RTF unveiled the first edition of the User Guide to ProCost, the tool the RTF uses to determine the costs and savings of energy conservation measures. The User Guide to Procost provides new users with information on how to operate the ProCost tool, including how to set up model inputs, change modeling parameters, interpret model outputs, and information about the underlying architecture and assumptions upon which the tool is built.
