RTF Quarterly Newsletter: Quarter No. 25 & Quarter No. 26, July-December 2016

Through the second half of 2016 the RTF continued to cover new topics, provide cutting edge analysis, and do its part to advance collaboration around energy efficiency in the Northwest. In Quarters 3 and 4 of 2016 the RTF adopted and approved updates to a number of measures and standard protocols, including a new measure for Connected Thermostats, and new Standard Protocols for Non-Residential Lighting and New Homes. Additionally, the RTF began to delve further into complex topics, such as its Operative Guidelines, and the changing role of the RTF in response to increasingly complex technologies and systems.
