Summary

The Whole Building M&V subcommittee was established in December 2011 to facilitate peer review of research design and regional coordination on methods for analyzing whole building data to estimate baseline and post measure consumption in commercial building applications. The subcommittee may extend its work to review of proposals for whole-building standard protocols.
