Summary

The Refrigerator Decommissioning Subcommittee was convened to discuss issues relating to the data sources and remaining useful life methodology used to update the UES savings estimate for this measure. The subcommittee was also tasked with identifying the similarities and differences between the previously approved RTF methodology for calculating savings and the savings methodology proposed by the Uniform Methods Project (UMP).
