This technical subcommittee of the RTF convenes on an as-needed basis to support the update and development of conservation measures for non-HVAC and water heating equipment and systems in commercial buildings, which may include compressed air, fans, pumps, variable frequency drives, etc.
As of 2026, this subcommittee also includes work from the Secondary Glazing Systems subcommittee (see archive).
