At the request of the Oregon Building Codes Division, the Northwest Power and Conservation Councils Regional Technical Forum (RTF) conducted a review of the potential savings from the proposed revisions to the energy efficiency requirements of the states Residential Specialty Code. The RTF contracted with Ecotope Inc. to perform this analysis. Ecotope presented its findings and recommendations to the RTF at its November 2, 2010 meeting.
