Summary

The Variable Capacity Heat Pump subcommittee has the goal of developing a Variable Capacity Heat Pump measure. Once developed, the subcommittee will present their recommendation to the RTF. The recommendation should include a high consensus methodology for estimating and verifying electrical savings, as well as a specification for cost effective installations that ensure persistent savings.
