2/28/2011 – Because NEMA Premium is now a federal standard for general purpose motors between 1hp and 500hp, this calculator will need to be updated to use this new federal baseline. A CEE Premium motors designation exists for motors with efficiency bands above NEMA premium which may be used as a target efficiency case during protocol update.
