The RTF will review the suite of Non-Residential Lighting measures in the next six months. The measures are the Code Compliant Standard Protocol, the Midstream UES, and the Retrofit Protocol. We are updating several data source, including the Hours of Use from CBSA 2025, the LED market shares from sales data, and the efficacy of LEDs on the DesignLights Consortium QPL. We will consider whether LED lamps and LED luminaires belong in the same competition group and discuss the effect of the upcoming federal standard compliance date. There may also be opportunities to simplify the Retrofits Protocol.
