Meeting to review proposed updates to the New Manufactured Homes and HVAC UEs measure, which we plan to bring to the RTF at the November meeting.  This measure includes applications for efficient New Manufactured homes (ENERGY STAR and NEEM specifications) and for heat pump HVAC systems installed within one year of siting the home.  Planned updates to the measure include:

• Shifting to a current practice baseline for New Homes in order to comply with our guidelines
• A significant change to the baseline due to changes in the market driven by IRA tax credits for ENERGY STAR homes
• Moving from SEEM to REEDR to model new manufactured homes for heating and cooling estimates
• Considering additional efficient specifications such as the DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes
• Updating lighting and appliance savings components
