This meeting will launch discussions on Guidelines revisions for 2017. The goal is to complete revisions/clarifications to the Guidelines for presentation to the RTF in December 2017. Staff expect that there will be several other meetings as we work through the issues.

Agenda

• Introductions (~5 min)
• Review Draft Roadmap Changes (~45)
  Staff developed a white paper (linked below) to provide background on the origins of its use and address questions/concerns around this methodology. Staff worked with Mike Baker, SBW, to incorporate these clarifications into the Roadmap. The Subcommittee will review the proposed changes to the Roadmap and provide comments for consideration.
• Review Proposed Plans for Remaining Changes (~30 min)
  When the RTF adopted it's revised Guidelines in December 2015, there were five outstanding items that were moved to the next round of review. Staff have collected these, and other proposed Guidelines changes, in the Guidelines Updates Tracker. Subcommittee will review the list of proposed changes, along with staff recommendation of how to proceed, and provide feedback.
