This measure was deactivated at the June 2021 RTF meeting after new federal standards significantly reduced potential of Self-Priming Pool Pumps, which made up the majority of the regional potential. Pool pumps weren't included in the 2021 Power Plan supply curves and no utilities expressed interest in maintaining the measure.
