The residential lighting measure for screw-in lamps, pin-based lamps, and fixtures. The residential lighting measure was last updated in September 2019. Approved savings, costs, and lifetimes are available on the measure table. Note, the measure table provides two streams of savings (1) first year (or savings for 2020 once the EISA standard takes effect) and (2) lifetime savings. The workbook now also includes a separate measure identifier for Washington because of different standards than in Idaho, Oregon, and Montana.
This UES is broken out into three residential lamp types, Screw-Base Lamps, Pin-Base Lamps and Lighting Fixtures. Pin-based and Fixtures were added at the January 2017 RTF meeting. Screw-based measure applications are considered "Proven" and "Active" while Pin-base lamps are currently considered "Small Saver" and "Active" by the RTF, and Fixtures are considered "Planning" and "Active". All measure applications are contained in one "Residential Lighting" workbook.
