The group determined that although refrigerated warehouses represent a significant demand response opportunity in the region, a RTF demand response product would have limited value relative to other potential resources the RTF could support.

Decision Details

Approve the  recommended methodology for estimating maximum technical per unit potential of Refrigerated Warehouses as presented. 

  • In approving this the RTF recognizes that additional factors will need to be considered to estimate achievable potential, including the considerations listed in the presentation.
