Rack ovens are large high-capacity convection ovens often used to cook large batches of bread or pies, for example.  The RTF has measures for the purchase of new efficient gas single- and double-sided rack ovens.  Efficiency improvements can come from the manufacturer making improvements in insulation, burner efficiency, heat exchangers and heat reclamation, and controls.
