Rack ovens are high-capacity rotating rack ovens often used to cook large batches of bread or pies, for example. The RTF has measures for the purchase of new efficient gas single and double rack ovens. Efficiency improvements can come from the manufacturer making improvements in insulation, burner efficiency, heat exchangers and controls
