Weatherization involves a number of individual measures aimed at improving the insulation levels, and efficiency of a building, in this case a multi-family home.  For this measure it refers to installation of envelope improvements that include attic insulation, wall insulation, floor insulation, window upgrades, low-e storm windows and door upgrades.

This measure is considered "Planning" for all Electric Resistance and Gas Heated Measure Applications. This measure remains a "Small Saver" for Ductless Heat Pump Heated, and Heat Pump Heated Measure Applications.
