Approve measure update

Decision Details

The RTF approved geothermal as the baseline heating system for computing deemed savings for geothermal heat pump conversion and calculations assuming an upgrade from a standard efficiency GSHP to an Energy Star unit. A previous motion, to approve zonal as the baseline, was defeated.
