Set measure to Out of Compliance

Decision Details

The RTF voted to change the status of the Residential LED Holiday Light UES measure from "deemed" to "out-of-compliance".

Implementers interested in running programs with this measure after 3/1/2012 should express their interest in seeking an alternative measure status with the RTF. As of 3/23/2011, the RTF has not received notice of interest in this measure by any regional program.
