Set measure to Out of Compliance

Decision Details

Adopt the SBW recommendations (as revised during today's meeting) for the Residential DHW Drain Waste Heat Recovery measure and change the status to Out of Compliance with a sunset date of November 1, 2013.

RTF staff will work with stakeholders to develop a plan to bring the measure back into compliance with the Guidelines based on the recommendation memo and seek RTF approval of that plan by the sunset date. If a plan is not approved by the RTF by the sunset date, the measure will be deactivated.
