Decision Details

Adopt the SBW recommendations for the Commercial Grocery Door Autocloser UES measure and change the status to Out of Compliance with a sunset date of December 31, 2013.

RTF staff will work with stakeholders to develop a plan to bring the measure back into compliance with the Guidelines based on the recommendation memo and seek RTF approval of that plan by the sunset date.
