Phase I: Determination of Unit Energy Savings and Measure Cost

The Ground Source Heat Pump subcommittee guided the work of the RTF contractor Ecotope as they developed draft recommendations for the update of the RTF deemed measures and presented findings and recommendations. The recommendation was determined to involve one of the following outcomes: a) continued use of the current measure definitions, input assumptions, and analysis methods, with revisions made only to the cost-effectiveness analysis; b) revisions to one or more measure definitions, input assumptions, or analysis methods, and update to the cost-effectiveness analysis; or c) re-classification of the measure as not deemed.
