Request for Proposals: ProCost Model Modifications and Updates
July 26, 2012 - The RTF is seeking a contractor to add capabilities to ProCost to handle: a) early retrofit measures; b) retrofit and lost-opportunity measures simultaneously; c) marginal line losses; d) end effects of periodic replacement costs that span end of program life; e) user-defined time segment analysis up to 8760 hours per year; f) a users’ guide; and g) model documentation.
