RTF Charter and Bylaws
March 12, 2013: With recommendations from the RTF and RTF Policy Advisory Committee, the Council adopted a revised charter for the RTF at the March Council Meeting in Portland, OR.
June 12, 2012: With recommendations from the RTF and RTF Policy Advisory Committee, the Council adopted a charter and bylaws for the RTF at the June Council Meeting in Missoula, MT.

Draft Bylaws and Revised Draft Charter
June 1, 2012: The RTF PAC reviewed and suggested revisions on the draft documents and forwarded them to the Council with a recommendation for adoption.
December 13, 2011: The RTF reviewed and approved the draft documents and forwarded them to the Council with a recommendation for adoption.
November 30, 2011: RTF members, funders, stakeholders, and interested parties were encouraged to review the draft bylaws and revised draft charter and submit comments.
