Request for Proposals: Phase I: Unit Energy Savings (UES) Measures Review and Work Plan
April 10, 2012 - The RTF is seeking a contractor to review, for compliance with the Guidelines, forty-four of the RTF’s unit energy savings (UES) measures. Where minor issues are found and the RTF and RTF staff determine those issues are easily correctable, the Contractor will perform the documentation, input assumptions, and/or calculation corrections needed to bring the measure into compliance with the Guidelines. The Contractor will develop summary worksheets (as defined in the Guidelines) and specific, detailed recommendations for bringing the measures that are not easily corrected into compliance with the Guidelines.
