Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance benefits

The long run goal of the Alliance is to encourage transformation in the marketplace, leading to the adoption and use of energy efficient equipment and practices. While immediate energy savings are not its main goal, its projects do result in savings in the short run. The Alliance estimated these savings and allocated shares to the largest utilities, based primarily on their retail loads. The Alliance did not allocate a specific share to this utility; this utility's share is included in the NEEA row on the summary page of this report.
